循環器医師のためのiPhone/iPadアプリ探検隊 ー 心エコー関連アプリ

少数精鋭といえば聞こえは良いですが、少ないマンパワーで
頑張ってきた私たちの施設も、ようやく若い援軍が到着しました．

これで仕事も楽になるかと思いきや、人が増えた分、仕事も2倍になって
ますます仕事もカテも忙しくなったという、嬉しい悲鳴の今日この頃です．

若い仲間の先生のために、カテーテル治療だけでなく循環器診療に必要な
その他の関連医療アプリも教えてあげないといけません．
そこで今回はiPhone/iPadで使える心エコー関連のアプリを探してみました．

American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) による心エコーのアプリです．
主要な疾患のサマリーや画像、およびガイドラインが収載されています．
今後のバージョンアップも予定されているようです．

　FOCUS Pocket Guide
　


ベッドサイドでの焦点を絞った心エコー検査のためのリファレンスアプリです．
心臓の集束超音波検査(FOCUS)に関する主要なコンセプトが要約されています．

3Dアニメによる心エコー図や心拍出量の計算、心室機能・心膜液・体液の状態の
評価に関する機能が搭載されていてとても便利です．

症例解説やガイドラインとキレイな動画が魅力的です．

こちらは経食道エコー（TEE）の解説アプリになります．
分かりやすいイラストと解説が参考になります．

普通のアトラスや書籍と違って、iPad/iPhoneアプリの魅力は
動画やアニメーションにあると思います．

心エコー領域は、まさに百聞は一見に如かず、見てなんぼの世界なので
今後も魅力的なアプリの登場を期待してます．
